Taylorcrest Community Association held a board meeting on Thursday January 19th.

Although attendance was light, the Taylorcrest Community Association board held their first meeting of 2018 at the El Lago Event Center on Thursday, January 18th at 7pm.

The board announced the appointment of Jim Kelly to the groundskeeper position and Catherine Klemowits to the communications position.

Also, the board announced that they have engaged Associa Home owner management to be the property management company of the association. The primary focus of the management committee will be the day to day operations of the HOA with an emphasis on collection of dues and enforcement of deed restrictions. Additionally, they will assist the board in developing a process to modernize the by-laws and deed restrictions.

Finally, the board approved the budget for 2018.
