Associa is pleased to announce we have been contracted by the Board of Directors to manage the daily affairs of Taylorcrest CA beginning January 1, 2018. We have over 30 years experience in the Houston metropolitan market place, and are proud to have been chosen to serve your needs.
Associa is a professional management firm specializing in services to community associations. Through a collective effort, our staff has developed and refined systems and techniques that form a solid structure of an organization dedicated to service. Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Our office will work under the direction of the Board of Directors on all issues concerning the community such as the billing and collecting of annual maintenance fees. We will also supervise the work of various contract services performed for the community. Additionally, the Community Manager will perform inspections of the community for deed restriction violations.
